Most of the magazine work I had to do was always in color. Black Star Photo agency had distributed my work though out the world. The agency’s president was Howard Chapnick. He thought I saw better in black and white. I gave this some thought and looked over a lot of my personal work and realized that my instincts for everyday life were best expressed in black and white.
I will always be indebted to the memory of Mr. Howard Chapnick. His guidance and insights helped me embark on a new journey, teaching.
